Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NT5C2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,795 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NT5C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LHPP, BLOC1S2, and PI4K2A. Each is linked with NT5C2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NT5C2-to-partner and partner-to-NT5C2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NT5C2 versus LHPP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NT5C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NT5C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
