Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NT5C2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,019 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NT5C2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OGA, IPO7, and CHUK. Each is linked with NT5C2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NT5C2-to-partner and partner-to-NT5C2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NT5C2 versus OGA in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NT5C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NT5C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
