NT5C2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NT5C2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,126 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NT5C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIP3P2, LINC02559, and RNU7-4P. Each is linked with NT5C2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NT5C2-to-partner and partner-to-NT5C2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BNIP3P2 grouped by NT5C2-low versus NT5C2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NT5C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NT5C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
