The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher NT5C1B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NT5C1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
OV, THYM, and HNSC are the cancer types where NT5C1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
