Across TCGA patient cohorts, NT5C1B-RDH14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 476 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NT5C1B-RDH14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of sprouting angiogenesis, Regulation of testosterone biosynthetic process, and Positive regulation of cardiac muscle cell differentiation. Each is linked with NT5C1B-RDH14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NT5C1B-RDH14-to-partner and partner-to-NT5C1B-RDH14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of sprouting angiogenesis grouped by NT5C1B-RDH14-low versus NT5C1B-RDH14-high in STAD.
