Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NT5C1A mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NT5C1A data layer compared with 15 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher NT5C1A mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NT5C1A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and GBM show a favorable association.

CCRCC, GBM, and LUAD are the cancer types where NT5C1A mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
