Across TCGA patient cohorts, NT5C1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,948 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NT5C1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are HLF, LRRC39, and RAPGEF5. Each is linked with NT5C1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NT5C1A-to-partner and partner-to-NT5C1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NT5C1A versus HLF in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
