Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NT5C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NT5C data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher NT5C Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NT5C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where NT5C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
