Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NT5C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,982 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NT5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F3, KIFC1, and MCM8. Each is linked with NT5C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NT5C-to-partner and partner-to-NT5C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NT5C versus E2F3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NT5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→NT5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
