Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSUN7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,470 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSUN7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHA6, AHNAK_S93, and DDAH1. Each is linked with NSUN7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSUN7-to-partner and partner-to-NSUN7 results are reported.
