Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSUN7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSUN7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-8, EGFR_pY1068, and FoxM1. Each is linked with NSUN7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSUN7-to-partner and partner-to-NSUN7 results are reported.
