Across TCGA cell cohorts, NSUN7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,889 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSUN7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with NSUN7 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSUN7-to-partner and partner-to-NSUN7 results are reported.
