NSUN4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSUN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,022 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSUN4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPIH, RBBP4, and NASP. Each is linked with NSUN4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSUN4-to-partner and partner-to-NSUN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSUN4 versus PPIH in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSUN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSUN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
