NSUN4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSUN4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,949 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSUN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEF2C, CNRIP1, and ABCA6. Each is linked with NSUN4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSUN4-to-partner and partner-to-NSUN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSUN4 versus MEF2C in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSUN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSUN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
