NSUN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSUN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,567 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSUN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBGCP5, LYZL1, and RPL23AP82. Each is linked with NSUN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSUN4-to-partner and partner-to-NSUN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBGCP5 grouped by NSUN4-low versus NSUN4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSUN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSUN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
