Across TCGA cell cohorts, NSUN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,935 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSUN4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial RNA catabolic process, Ribosomal large subunit assembly, and Mitochondrial large ribosomal subunit assembly. Each is linked with NSUN4 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSUN4-to-partner and partner-to-NSUN4 results are reported.
