NSUN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSUN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,937 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSUN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2V1P4, RNA5SP420, and OR6C6. Each is linked with NSUN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSUN3-to-partner and partner-to-NSUN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBE2V1P4 grouped by NSUN3-low versus NSUN3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSUN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSUN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
