NSUN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSUN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,478 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSUN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OTULIN, TRIP13, and UTP4. Each is linked with NSUN2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSUN2-to-partner and partner-to-NSUN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSUN2 versus OTULIN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSUN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSUN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
