NSUN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSUN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,419 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSUN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRIX1, SRD5A1, and NUP155. Each is linked with NSUN2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSUN2-to-partner and partner-to-NSUN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSUN2 versus BRIX1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSUN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSUN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
