Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NSRP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NSRP1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher NSRP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NSRP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRP, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where NSRP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
