Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSMF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,796 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NSMF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BRD3, TMED9, and REEP5. Each is linked with NSMF in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSMF-to-partner and partner-to-NSMF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSMF versus BRD3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSMF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSMF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
