NSMCE2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSMCE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,174 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSMCE2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BOP1, NUDCD1, and STK3. Each is linked with NSMCE2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSMCE2-to-partner and partner-to-NSMCE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSMCE2 versus BOP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSMCE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSMCE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
