NSMCE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSMCE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,825 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSMCE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCTPP1, UBE2J1, and PTPRC. Each is linked with NSMCE1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSMCE1-to-partner and partner-to-NSMCE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSMCE1 versus DCTPP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSMCE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSMCE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
