Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSMCE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,487 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NSMCE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RMI2, STARD13, and SINHCAF. Each is linked with NSMCE1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSMCE1-to-partner and partner-to-NSMCE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSMCE1 versus RMI2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSMCE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSMCE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
