NSMCE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSMCE1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSMCE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with NSMCE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSMCE1-to-partner and partner-to-NSMCE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by NSMCE1-low versus NSMCE1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSMCE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSMCE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
