NSMAF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSMAF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,824 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSMAF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YTHDF3, TCEA1, and VCPIP1. Each is linked with NSMAF in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSMAF-to-partner and partner-to-NSMAF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSMAF versus YTHDF3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSMAF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSMAF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
