Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSMAF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,884 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NSMAF-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF594, RBM8A, and NUP133. Each is linked with NSMAF in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSMAF-to-partner and partner-to-NSMAF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSMAF versus ZNF594 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSMAF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSMAF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
