NSMAF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSMAF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,454 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSMAF-associated genes across cancer lineages are AASDHPPT, CCDC15, and C18orf25. Each is linked with NSMAF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSMAF-to-partner and partner-to-NSMAF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AASDHPPT grouped by NSMAF-low versus NSMAF-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSMAF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSMAF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
