NSMAF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NSMAF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 130 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSMAF-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10C1, OR1D4, and NLRP8. Each is linked with NSMAF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSMAF-to-partner and partner-to-NSMAF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10C1 grouped by NSMAF-low versus NSMAF-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSMAF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSMAF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
