Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,346 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IPO9, RCOR3, and CDC73. Each is linked with NSL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSL1-to-partner and partner-to-NSL1 results are reported.
