Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,856 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC5, KNTC1, and PRIM1. Each is linked with NSL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSL1-to-partner and partner-to-NSL1 results are reported.
