Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, mTOR_pS2448, and Notch1. Each is linked with NSL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSL1-to-partner and partner-to-NSL1 results are reported.
