NSG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,301 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CASP4, CD14, and CXCL14. Each is linked with NSG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSG1-to-partner and partner-to-NSG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSG1 versus CASP4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
