Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 667 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NSG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LOH12CR2, CHADL, and HRH3. Each is linked with NSG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSG1-to-partner and partner-to-NSG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSG1 versus LOH12CR2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
