Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,021 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NSF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRAS, PSME3, and SPAST. Each is linked with NSF in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSF-to-partner and partner-to-NSF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSF versus RRAS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSF→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
