Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSF mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSF-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSP70, JNK2, and p27_pT157. Each is linked with NSF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSF-to-partner and partner-to-NSF results are reported.
