NSD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,645 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAG4, PLPBP, and ASH2L. Each is linked with NSD3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSD3-to-partner and partner-to-NSD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSD3 versus BAG4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
