Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Mre11, eIF4E, and INPP4B. Each is linked with NSD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSD3-to-partner and partner-to-NSD3 results are reported.
