NSD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,330 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSD1_S483, HNRNPAB, and SNW1. Each is linked with NSD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSD1-to-partner and partner-to-NSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSD1 versus NSD1_S483 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
