Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,471 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPM1, MRPL27, and MMP3. Each is linked with NSD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSD1-to-partner and partner-to-NSD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSD1 versus NPM1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
