NSD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,619 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C18orf54, C1orf109, and PSAT1. Each is linked with NSD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSD1-to-partner and partner-to-NSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C18orf54 grouped by NSD1-low versus NSD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
