Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Chk1, TAZ, and mTOR. Each is linked with NSD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSD1-to-partner and partner-to-NSD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Chk1 grouped by NSD1-low versus NSD1-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
