Across TCGA cell cohorts, NSD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,465 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cell cycle process, mRNA alternative polyadenylation, and mRNA transport. Each is linked with NSD1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSD1-to-partner and partner-to-NSD1 results are reported.
