NSD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NSD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 546 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL36A, IL22, and C17orf98. Each is linked with NSD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSD1-to-partner and partner-to-NSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL36A grouped by NSD1-low versus NSD1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
