Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSA2P6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,627 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSA2P6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are snRNA metabolic process, Ribosome assembly, and Steroid hormone mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with NSA2P6 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSA2P6-to-partner and partner-to-NSA2P6 results are reported.
