NSA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,780 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GEMIN5, BTF3, and ERBIN. Each is linked with NSA2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSA2-to-partner and partner-to-NSA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NSA2 versus GEMIN5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
