Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP457, ARMCX7P, and RNU6-1311P. Each is linked with NSA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSA2-to-partner and partner-to-NSA2 results are reported.
