NSA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NSA2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NSA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tem. Each is linked with NSA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NSA2-to-partner and partner-to-NSA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ Tem grouped by NSA2-low versus NSA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NSA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NSA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
