Across TCGA cell cohorts, NRXN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,211 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRXN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Trans-synaptic signaling by trans-synaptic complex, modulating synaptic transmission, Gephyrin clustering involved in postsynaptic density assembly, and Response to UV. Each is linked with NRXN3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRXN3-to-partner and partner-to-NRXN3 results are reported.
