NRXN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NRXN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 630 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRXN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GKN2, C20orf85, and CCDC9B. Each is linked with NRXN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRXN3-to-partner and partner-to-NRXN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GKN2 grouped by NRXN3-low versus NRXN3-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRXN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRXN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
